Before you submit a support request, here are a couple of troubleshooting things to try:

1. FOR AUDIO ISSUES
  • Run the audio test tool, located from the ^ arrow menu on the Mic button, and choose 'Test speaker and microphone'
  • Try calling in on a telephone. The instructions can be found on the ^ arrow menu on the Mic button, and by selecting 'Switch to phone audio'
2. FOR VIDEO ISSUES
  • If you can, try unplugging the camera and plugging it back in.
  • Try restarting your computer

3. RESTART YOUR ZOOM SESSION

Get your Invite link ready, click the button to 'Leave meeting' and click your invite link to return.
